We verify the scheduled vendor, provide access, remain present, document the visit, and secure the home afterward. You select and contract with the vendor directly.
Weekly Assurance includes one first hour per six-month service period. Additional time is $75 per hour, billed in 30-minute increments.REQUEST THIS SERVICE →An extra documented visit between regular service dates when travel plans, deliveries, or a property concern call for another set of eyes.
