When required, Radiant Build procures engineering letters from the appropriate licensed professionals and organizes the supporting record.
Correct only if required
If an inspection or engineering review identifies necessary work, we complete a focused corrective scope with the next review in mind.
Perfect and finalize the permit
We work with the municipality through final inspection and toward a finalized permit, Certificate of Occupancy, or other applicable completion document.
